If you're not into one of your matches, you can remove their profile before communication begins or any time after that. You can get rid of a match by going to their profile and then clicking on the menu (the three dots) on the top-right of their profile:

• For matches that you haven't communicated with yet, you'll see the option to 'Delete Match.'
• For matches that you're already in communication with, you'll see the option to 'Remove Contact.' Additionally, from within your Messages section, you can click on the menu in the top right of your inbox and click 'Remove Contact' from here. You'll be asked to select a reason for removing the contact and you'll be given the option to leave a goodbye message if you choose.

Eharmony Matches Not Responding

Removing or deleting a Match deletes them from your account permanently, so make sure you're ready to say goodbye. After you remove/delete them, we can't recover their profile.
